Changes in child’s skin manifestations during hospitalization. Annular lesions gradually enlarged into the characteristic “target” lesions with a regular round shape and three concentric zones: a central darker red area, a paler pink zone and a peripheral red ring. Figure shows skin lesions on 4th day (A), 5th day (B) of fever and the day after (7th day) the administration of intravenous immunoglobulins (C).
