Demographic data:

- Constant thoughts of suicide

- Living alone

- Previous attempted suicide

- Male gender

Mental state:

 

- Depression, mania, hypomania, anxiety, or all of these mental states

 

- Substance abuse

 

- Irritability, agitation, hallucinations, violent attitude
