The refeeding ways reported on the top of the figure are Enteral Nutrition (EN) and Parenteral Nutrition (PN), even if also intravenous (IV) fluids have been administered during more than one half of the hospitalization. The calculated caloric intake does not include the share of the oral one started at day 36 of hospitalization
