3. Accept that once obesity has been established, weight loss results can be small. In fact, even avoiding further weight gains reduces physical and mental comorbidities and improves quality of life. | |
4. Become aware of the stigma that pervades us all, deal with it, and reduce it in all areas, by training colleagues, nurses, teachers and media to form a network. |
